The interview was pretty informal and easy. I've seen other positions where they have a couple rounds of interviews but they seem to go pretty smoothly.

You know how you always either have a terrible boss or a co-worker whose lazy, complains constantly, or always depressing? Not here, everyone pulls their weight, is excited to be here and wants to get the job done quickly.

They recently had a Diversity and Inclusion talking circle so I really like they are trying to move forward with the culture. I like that everyone is accepted, no one is rude or demeaning. The CEO has a large part to play since it comes from the top down, he fosters an environment of acceptance.
