Communication and transparency with the company's direction thru the last few years of COVID and returning to normal have been stellar. It seems like the everyday employee's life was taken into account whether it be WFH or other things.

Flexible time off and WFH has allowed me to get the most out of my personal life and my career here at Newsela. NewselaU as well has allowed me to enrich in outside learning that I find super interesting.
