How flexible is your work schedule at NexJ Systems?

Work hours are flexible, as long as it is discussed with your direct manager and team. We are required to be in the office between the core hours of 10 AM - 4 PM, but have the flexibility to work our 8 hour work day around that.
The above statement is a lie. The office hours are still set at 9 am to 6 pm. I know. I am a full-time employee of NexJ Systems Inc

NexJ's dress code is business casual. For an interview, it never hurts to dress to impress!
What's the work from home policy like at NexJ Systems?
Employees are fully eligible to work from home if required! There is no formal policy in place for this, but is managed on a case by case basis. Employees often work from home here and there if they need.
