How flexible is your work schedule at NexJ Systems?
Top Employee Response
Work hours are flexible, as long as it is discussed with your direct manager and team. We are required to be in the office between the core hours of 10 AM - 4 PM, but have the flexibility to work our 8 hour work day around that.
The above statement is a lie. The office hours are still set at 9 am to 6 pm. I know. I am a full-time employee of NexJ Systems Inc
