It's been fine. It's a good job, with good benefits. The work isn't overly challenging but I still enjoy it. I think there are organizational issues that are actively being worked on and it can only improve from here.

I think we're a bit scattered in terms of our goals. I think the company overall needs to slow down and focus on a few things at once and do them well, instead of trying to do so much and spreading its efforts thinly.
