What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There seems to be a lot of detachment, chaos, misalignment, insecurity, mixed goals/misalignment, etc. & ESPECIALLY SUBJECTIVIT/mistrust that results in fire drills to appease certain individuals, not necessarily toward positive business. Radical candor only works if there is a foundation of trust.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our health insurance is fantastic for the size of our company.

I feel like the benefits are good and in-line with the industry. I also love the Joon benefit. It really allows me to immerse myself in the online delivery space much more than I would regularly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position was underestimated. I'm operating at a very senior level. The amount of work I have to do could easily take 2+ people,

With the amount of work and level of commitment needed to succeed, I would feel more valued with performance bonuses. Since we are rated every quarter, ideally we would have quarterly bonuses as well as a yearly bonus/raise cycle.

With the job title that I currently have, I would be making at least 15% more as a base salary at my previous company than at Ordermark, plus a minimum 10% bonus. I'm also responsible for a lot and am working 10-12 hour days. I don't feel compensated appropriately for my hours or responsibilities.

Very welcoming and challenging. Love the focus on the individual so that they can do their best work!

The vision is clear, and this allows the teams to naturally align themselves to this goal. The company is also wonderful at celebrating our successes, both individual and collective. There's never a reason not to celebrate something.

I love the ability to build things from the ground up and the freedom to do so.

I love working on interesting projects that drive company growth in a measurable way. I don't feel like the work that I do is wasted or unappreciated. Getting together with my coworkers makes me happy, so I appreciate all the social opportunities. And I also love the flexibility that WFH allows.
