Ordermark has many positives - autonomy, the ability to try new things, the people. However, it is somewhat chaotic. Goals are a moving target, initiatives change frequently.

People here are very friendly and, for the most part, willing to help out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the amount of work and level of commitment needed to succeed, I would feel more valued with performance bonuses. Since we are rated every quarter, ideally we would have quarterly bonuses as well as a yearly bonus/raise cycle.
