What is the best part about your compensation package?

At this place and time, there shouldn't be a split between salary and hourly. We all work hard and we all deserve equal benefits. Nobody here is doing a position less important than another so why are we being paid in a way that makes someone more valuable?

People are amazing and the product is promising. But getting a higher compensation can make me less worry about other life stuff and I can concentrate more on the job, possibly putting more hours in the work from my personal time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think it comes from my manager and his approach but he keeps everything open and chill while also being supportive. I think it's a wonderful environment when things can feel uneasy sometimes.
