They are open to help and are very accommodating of issues. Also, they have a tendency of being humorous even on the WFH/Slack/Zoom work style
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People are amazing and the product is promising. But getting a higher compensation can make me less worry about other life stuff and I can concentrate more on the job, possibly putting more hours in the work from my personal time.
