Nextbite – I really like Nextbite but I also know that there's a lot that can improve as far as the employee experience. I know that in the short time we have been here there has been a big shift and it's made everything feel uneasy- I am hoping that will change and some of the wrongs I see will get reset. | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is amazing. It's small but dependable and we work well together as a team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Facing feedback, I can see a genuine change in how they handle transparency and being open with the company

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think it comes from my manager and his approach but he keeps everything open and chill while also being supportive. I think it's a wonderful environment when things can feel uneasy sometimes.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to meet with my team. It's not often we get to spend a notch of time together due to the nature of our position but I really enjoy getting to connect with them.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

At this place and time, there shouldn't be a split between salary and hourly. We all work hard and we all deserve equal benefits. Nobody here is doing a position less important than another so why are we being paid in a way that makes someone more valuable?
