Helping customers. Easing some of their frustartions.

Healthcare and JOON. JOON could use an increase though.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Whenever I need help they always there to assist.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Things like this. The fact that the culture here is one of a company that keeps moral high and care what employees think.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

More surveys of Restaurant Support before making changes to vital functionality/processes. More training for clients and help onboarding. Most clients seem thoroughly confused even after being onboarded for months.
