In total, the base + benefits + paid time off. One without the other isn't quite the same. If base was higher then the others could would be less of a factor.

There's no evidence that employees matter to the execs; they're disposable. See it in the dreadful maternity cover, feel it in the lack of culture, openness, transparency and respect. See middle management get defensive and behave unethically, it's top to bottom a bad place to work.

With the amount of work everyone is accountable for and perform week over week, they do not pay industry average and also do not try to compensate with stock options. It's a place that promotes mediocre treatment of employees.
