Koolaid culture, performarive "care" about employees, executive leadership makes frequent last-minute pivots in company direction that drecreaaes stability. Managers covertly discriminate against employees who request time off even though they advertise as having unlikited PTO.

They have receuiters target applicants and invite them to apply, the make them go through 6 rounds of interviews, then fire or layoff like, 1/4 of those people.
