Increase in the number of stocks is desired. But increase in the base salary is must needed. The base salary is too low and not great due to the HCOL in bay area.

With growth comes expectations. But those expectations are done at a non macro level. The peanut butter spread quota doesn't apply in all accounts and territories. Big changes in compensation has always been a negative impact on employees that have been here the longest. Retention is not a thing

We've done multiple price increases on our products over the past few years...yet we've had our comp plans reduced over the last 3 years. The sheep see the stock price doing great, but execs benefit from that since bulk of their comp is in equity. Our comp has been significantly reduced yearly.

My retirement savings are a key part of my financial health but the 401k matching is anemic. A percentage match of our contributions to our 401k would bring us more inline with many of our competitors who offer a much more robust matching of our retirement funding.

We have been struggling with the comp ranges, it is not aligned with the market data as we should look at Saas based company. I am just holding to see this year's pay increment and definitely take a decision based on that.
