Carefully evaluate people managers before putting them into place and giving them carte blanche power. That's a mistake. Before hiring these people into roles where they will manage others, take a look at their track record. Ask the ppl who worked FOR them, not just the ppl for whom they worked.

Leadership says the right things but they dont take actions to imolemebt what they say. Need to treat people with respect.
Leadership needs to sow team-building and cohesion, not discord and cut-throat culture. They need to do this through demonstration. On too many C-level and senior executive meetings, people are just rude. They treat us and like we are insignificant. Feedback should always be constructive to motivate
