It was 5 years ago during COVID, so it was different than it is now. But it was a lot of Zoom meetings.
Interviews are an opportunity to meet with team members from the various departments I would be working with. It was great to learn more about how the teams collaborate.
I was able to meet with peers, leaders and other departments before being hired.

Need to get a person through in 6 weeks or less. It took many monthts.
Don't do 8 interviews with someone. It's unfair on there time and you should know in 4 maximum if the person is right or not.
