Our leadership team is accessible, let me start there. They are available to help close deals, or help with challenging customers. They provide constant communication on the direction of the company as well as our financial outlook, which is a real plus.

Telling the truth, not treating employees like children

They need to listen to the people they hire. They hire people as experts and then take all the decision making power from them. They are constantly fighting fires with no real strategy. People are burnt out and if you try to speak up, you will be out the door.

Leadership thinks they own your and does not care about employee work/life balance.

Stop doing Micro management all the time

Top-down cultural improvements (real changes - e.g. lead bu doing). Stop mentioning that youre hiring more women at every all hands. It makes us women uncomfortable like we're diversity hires and only there to boost that number. I get demotivated every time. Just keep DOING it. No need to say it.

Resigning their own positions and returning the company to its former greatness. Complete loss of the great culture and team work that built PAN. Low morale. Lack of communication. Backbiting. Retaliatory. Employees are fleeing in droves. HR cannot keep up the PR.
