The experience at Panasonic Energy of North America in Sparks NV, is good only because of Money and Time off. The people are ok but the factory is equivalent to the largest High School I have ever seen. No leadership or critical thinking is happening here. The companies values are stepped on.

Our management has to many people under their purview. To many people are in positions that they are not qualified for and to many people being passed over that are qualified that have proven themselves. The favoritism and good old boy system is over whelming.
