The people here care for the community, and the company pushes forward for community based fundraisers, giving back, programs, ect. Keyholders are very polite and know their departments well.

Learn better social skills and treat your coworkers with respect all of the time. Hire more staff and compensate your workers with true competitive wages. Stop the favoritism, yelling, and non professional attitude. Stop taking your problems out on people. Be honest with yourself and others.

leaders need major training overall. the best way to change the current leadership is to fire the existing leadership in all departments and hire experienced , educated, gaming professionals to lead the new company. valet is by far the worst, the sports leadership
