Penn National Gaming Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like their openness to lower level leaders perspectives.

Review from Operations Dept

The people here care for the community, and the company pushes forward for community based fundraisers, giving back, programs, ect. Keyholders are very polite and know their departments well.

Lower management works hard, property is ok. Overall company isn't nearly as good as prior ownership.

Very involved in the employee and company

Leadership is always there to help and guide. Leadership wants you to move up the ladder and be promoted and helps you get there if you want it and work hard.

Depends on the manager some i love some i absolutely hate and have considered quitting because of

They listen and are genuinely concerned and available

Review from Operations Dept

They are encouraging and supportive and show me respect.

They're nice to all team members

THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE A BETTER WORK PLACE

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Mhmm... maybe actually working instead of sitting in pointless meetings all day. Communicate to lower management so we can inform our hourly employees of anything going on.

Just anout everything. Stop making excuses and saying things will get better or this place will change by next year. Action speaks louder than words and I see none.

How about a back bone. Yes people get you nothing.

They all need diversity training.

Learn better social skills and treat your coworkers with respect all of the time. Hire more staff and compensate your workers with true competitive wages. Stop the favoritism, yelling, and non professional attitude. Stop taking your problems out on people. Be honest with yourself and others.

Review from Operations Dept

Managing people by not intimidating or threatening

Review from Customer Support Dept

leaders need major training overall. the best way to change the current leadership is to fire the existing leadership in all departments and hire experienced , educated, gaming professionals to lead the new company. valet is by far the worst, the sports leadership
