A roller coaster ride and a bunch of snakes!

Before Crossmark (my former company) merged into Premium, it was a good job even if the pay wasn't great. And now none of our managers seem how to do anything and we're constantly getting blamed for it. They merged our companies and changed so much while explaining basically nothing.

I loved the job. But my sm and dm shown favoritism to others. Poor training. And with that being said i got sent to a low volume store. And was expected to have the same sales of someone working at a High volume store. I was getting 40-50 hours a week an got cut to 10. After bring up my sales.

We dont have enough proper training for what we do. The videos arent helpful and the instructrions we recieve are sometimes useless. Im training people and only being paid my usual wage. Training should make more.

Theives. Very dishonest group of people in upper management. They go into the computer and make your hours whatever they wanna pay you, NOT WHAT YOU'VE EARNED!!! Reporting to higher management is a complete waste of time. You are not allowed, if they can help it, to speak to upper management.

I personally have not met anyone fron the leadership team that im aware of, so naturally I like the fact i get to find out who and what that eaxctly is;]I Have to say that ive been taking note of all negatives of working for my territory. illegal misuse of authority E-MAILED HR. Im waiting 4 a reply

Traning and being fair. And being there for there employes. Not showing favoritism.

Proper zoning and hiring more people. Having someone specifically for training would be helpful. Not putting all of the jobs on one person.

Being paid more. I get paid minimum wage. That's less than they're paying brand new employees, but they have a "freeze" on raises and have for the last six months. I've worked with this company for a year and a half and I'm not even getting paid the same as new employees.

The treatment of my superiors is what's making me feel undervalued. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I got bottom of the barrow pay worked hours and hours drove all over my state to get to these jobs and then get fired or not fired my hours short.

They skipped paying me all together. They've sent me 2 empty cards without anything on them. Trying to get my earnings for the last 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor, skip this place. WHITE COLLAR FRAUD!!!!! IT IS ILLEGAL TO WTHHOLD WAGES!!

The recruiters at Premium still use the same screening form when having their first conversation with candidates that they did when I started over 8 years ago. As time passes, I feel that they should also adapt how they are recruiting. It's very robotic.
