It's great! It all depends on the department. Where I'm at I have flexible schedule and work from home options.

Many offices are business casual or casual now. I would ask recruiter during phone interview what the office attire is.

We have a lot of team and organization events. Typically the team picks an activity (lasertag, nerf battles, golf, etc) and everyone attends. We also have Org events (cookouts, picnics, galas) and Group events (Diwali, LGBT parades, Military appreciation) that all contribute to a fairly fun workplace.

There's a lot of change going on so it depends on your team. Teams with little communication probably low, my team is pretty good with a lot of new projects being implemented.

Diversity is pretty good. Not sure what's a good number but there are multiple people from all backgrounds and identities working here. Progressive makes a big deal out of its diversity and inclusion policies.

Depends on the department you are interviewing for. Generally they will ask you do answer in a STAR format (situation/task action result). For example: We were having an issue cross selling for home owners. I suggested a bingo game for "answers for not needing homeowners insurance" to get CSRs asking customers. We had daily and weekly prizes for bingo. Once this was in place we saw a 200% increase in upsell attempts and 84% increase in homeowners cross sales" This is not a real scenario but you can follow along and see the situation/task, action, result. Add in as many numbers as you can and try to make the result as finite as you can.

Honestly, I don't remember having to take one, but it has been a couple of years.
