We all need better pay then the quality would go up as it stands no one cares so facilities look like crap and are not Class A well maintained. I am a real Class a PM working 2 jobs and this company is definitely not showing appreciation for the employees. I have to work 2 jobs because PS lacks

While on MVP, you should work like it's your property and not leave work for the PM to walk into and have to do their job, plus pick up after the PM who was there.

Consistently passing their duties off to other employees and even the District Managers even when it's within their capability to solve an issue. Only some are required to clean or maintain units/properties while others can just say they did without leaving the office.
