Freedom, just we do our job and our managers make sure we do the job but how we do it and when we do it is uo to us as long as it meets company standards and within compnah policy.

The customers really make your day alot of times. The stores need to be deep cleaned, better pay and raises are needed. Employees dont care about points for gift cards they want to be able to work and be happy with a paycheck. Some have been with the company 15 + years and still dont make $20

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actually dealing with the problem workers rather than rewarding them. Paying the ones doing their job a good decent living wage on level with the area they live and rhe amount of work they do.

Insistence ALL managers do the job. We are pretending to be a TEAM. Team DOES NOT mean I (and others ) do someone elses work. Team is 100% equally DOING the job and assisting others when the going get rough not "oh what a great team player, he just did all of the other managers work.
