The company focuses too much on things like Google scores, and not investing enough into property upkeep. (I.E. Gates, broken pavement, broken doors, working cameras.)

the google reviews should be a place on the I-Pad that customers tap when they pay, like Walmart has at check out. The rent increases to many times especially for customers who have been here for many years, that's ridiculous

The MPV is outrageous and it will show up in customer satisfaction surveys and google reviews too much work put on the employees for 15 and hour and the job is dangerous. I have literally been threatened at work. too concerned with profit and not employees.
