SERVING THE CUSTOMERS. Making there experience here a GOOD one. Making my property that is 50 years old an oasis. Clean secure and safe. Customer Driven Demand (CDD) has made this much more difficult if not, impossible. CDD should be ENDED immediately. It only serves upper management (bonuses)

My feet and back hurt every morning, I could do with less cleaning responsibilities. I'd also like to work one day less a week.

Having to take care of several locations make us feel that we are not completing everything that needs doing. Most location do take more than 1/2 day to do lock check, cleaning, taking care of customer, and other task.

I used to love my job. I had pride in my locations. Lately I have been disheartened because NO ONE else is doing things at my level. Even those that have been here for years. I come back after a weekend to find my numbers dropping and all my hard work gone to waste. And I'm in trouble its MY store.

Customers complain about properties being open half time, not having access to people in office and customer service line, inaccurate information told between pms and customer service.

the google reviews should be a place on the I-Pad that customers tap when they pay, like Walmart has at check out. The rent increases to many times especially for customers who have been here for many years, that's ridiculous

The MPV is outrageous and it will show up in customer satisfaction surveys and google reviews too much work put on the employees for 15 and hour and the job is dangerous. I have literally been threatened at work. too concerned with profit and not employees.

There's nothing more to do. There's no movement. The only opportunities we have are maybe 1 additional role to move to in the entire region, if that happens. They won't work with me individually to provide a better work balance that suits my specific skillset.

Property managers are under paid and constantly complain about it and the price increases given to customer are so high and causing unrealistic expectations to keep them from moving out or even being upset about the service we offer.
