Review from Operations Dept

Able to ask questions of anyone

Review from Executive Dept

Goals are listed directedly with assistance in every aspect in the daily management of property. Employee opinion and judgement matter with gratitude, award presentation and company acknowledgement continuously. Over all #ITSGREAT2BEORANGE

Review from Sales Dept

They are approachable and take time to check in with the team.

Org is flat, so all leaders are accessible.

Review from HR Dept

they care about every one

Review from Customer Support Dept

I like that they treat me as an individual instead of just their assistant. They listen to what I have to say and move forward with my suggestions.

Review from Admin Dept

opportunity to grow within the company

Review from Customer Success Dept

They are friendly, down to earth, never talks down to us. And really cares how we feel

Review from Operations Dept

The change happened when the former District Manager quit. the new SDM and now the new DM are far ore work oriented as opposed to the former DM that was showing favoritism to those that were her friends the new dm is now having to clean up the mess the former DM created. one by one. Great Job

Review from Operations Dept

I like how the expectations they have for PMs is achievable. I feel seen as an individual and not a number as well.

Review from Sales Dept

direct manager make sure we we have the days off we needs for our family or medical appointment. help us with difficult customer

Review from Customer Support Dept

They support my advancement and do not mirco manage my job

Review from Sales Dept

Focused on their goals and getting the job done.

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking care of employees. Benefits are terrible. Office culture is the worst I've ever experienced. If you're going to force a return to office, make the office a place people want to come. Why are we having to pay for snacks and drinks in vending machines?

Review from Finance Dept

Better benefits (i.e., PTO, paid holidays, flexible work arrangements - especially since they are inconveniencing people by moving both offices)

Review from Finance Dept

Pay Better and Not Push Employees so hard

Review from Customer Support Dept

Value your employees more Managers are receiving way to much pay in relationship to Property Managers- property managers are doing MPV and doing physical labor and multiple job descriptions. Abandon goods bringing abandoned items to dumpsters items weighing over 20-50 pounds. Maintenance, IT, Clean

Review from Operations Dept

be professional and play fair with everyone across the board. Invest time on coaching rather than gossiping and focusing on flaws rather than opportunities and nurture skills

Review from Operations Dept

be more empathetic. lately management has been very corporate head and not being empathetic of their employees persoanl life such as family , doctor visits , etc

Review from Sales Dept

Stop ignoring employees behaviors. Those who dont work or call out sick should be penalised. Employees that work 2-3 stores MVP shift and do all the job that lazy employees dont should be rewarded financially differently. Public Storages its burning good employees to sponsor laziness and bad behavio

Review from Operations Dept

better pay, fair and impartial treatment of all employees, give raises to your onsite employees, give us more power to run our stores as managers and not just "yes men".

Review from Operations Dept

Communication, hiring the right candidates for the right property, accountability, paying us what we're worth and holding everyone to the same standard and stop making excuses!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Stop using employees as captains. Captainships are placed on employees making them do more while other employees make the same and get more time for their properties. My DM rakes in my hard work and praise, I don't even get a thank you. The pay gap between PMs and DM is terrible

Review from Operations Dept

Blaine WIlcox is texting peoples personal phones about work related things and even texting some employees on their day off. Times it feels like borderline harassment

Review from Operations Dept

Less focus on reducing headcount to the lowest possible

Review from Operations Dept

Communication transparency recognition development advancement opportunities

Review from Customer Success Dept

We promote individuals based entirely on who they know not how they perform. Taking advice or coaching from someone who had the worst metrics in the region is a tough pill to swallow. Taking coaching from someone who doesn't care about their employees as a divisional president is difficult as well.

Review from Operations Dept

Listening to their employees. When we give them feedback or level up concerns many times it stops with them and nothing changes or gets better, this is why there has been an extremely high amount of turnover in our region & why there will continue to be more.

Review from Operations Dept

Being more customer and employee centric.

Review from Operations Dept

Connecting to there team Genuinely. EEO HIRE PRACTICES

Review from Operations Dept

Relaying consistent messages for all levels.

Review from Operations Dept

empowerng management team, not micro managing, all flexibility in the management role. Allow managers to make decisions

Review from Operations Dept

Better leave, more holidays, bigger maintenance budget, pay property employees more
