  • Not that I'm aware of, but I believe there are a select few that are allowed to work remotely for at least part of the time.

  • Not too bad...but it's a pot of PTO rather than vacation/sick time. That inevitably leads to more sick folks at work saving PTO for vacation.

  • They have recently hired from outside for some senior leadership positions, so that's an encouraging trend. Historically, they have promoted those that are good developers in to leadership positions, and often they are not good leaders. So, now we seem to have a mix...those that can do attempting to lead, and those that can lead. Hopefully time will even this out to be more populated with true leaders.
