HR or Marketing? Claim Your Free Employer Account
I have been a customer of QVC and HSN for 30 years. The customer service I have received in the past week has convinced me to close both accounts and not purchase from either company again. No one takes responsibility and fixes the problem. A written request for a supervisor takes 3 days. Horrible
