Doing their actual jobs. Thank goodness for the daytime teamleaders. Who actually care.

Learn how to talk to employee

Leadership is out of touch with leading in general, but specifically how to lead for innovation. Lots of changes at the company without authentic, human centered, and clear communication.

Communicating and attitudes and rubbing the business there way instead of running it how it supposed to be fun

Knowledge of customer base is horrible. They make rules and policies for nonexistent customers. Majority of customers are older, have made returns impossible and still more changes to come

Getting their finger back on the pulse of the viewers.

Being consistent and fair with rules. They claim the point system is important and 10 will cause termination but they have some employess with 20/30 points still employed.

Business stuck in 1990 with legacy outdated technology, approach and management mentality. Most leaders have only ever worked at QVC and don’t want things to change or modernise. Even though they say they do the cut dead anything or anyone that attempts to drive improvement or chang

This company has by far the worst leadership I've ever seen. Do not value their employees. This company needs a change starting from the top. Management is a joke.
