They act like they’re so positive but they make it so hard to hit the goals that you’re constantly getting reprimanded for tiny little things so that they don’t have to give you a pay

Clear out long standing VPs and Director and desperately bring in new blood to modernise the business. Stop the culture of bullying and mistreatment if new staff by the so called QVC Born and encourage these staff to also move on elsewhere. The cult like environment is driven by VPs who enjoy it
