My manager leads by example rather than by words. My manager is available whenever I need to talk through a situation and is always able to share how they handle similar situations. My manager also cares about how I am doing both inside and outside of work and promotes a healthy work/life balance.

Leaders must be accountable for bad choices (acquisitions, financial planning, talent retention and acquisition strategy). I hear very little accountability from senior leaders at Rapid7. Prioritization and capacity planning are non-existent at every level of the company. Take responsibility.
