I believe that their hasn't been a true study conducted to identify how much should be paid in x role. For e.g: Increasing someone's pay only 10% vs having an establish salary set for a role, this causes drastic discrepencies in salary for the same role, with a variance of ~20%.

Tuition reimbursement, adequate compensation during APRs instead of 3% and no stock.... even if you're only going to give only 3% stock would at least be nice. Also, having United as our health insurance is the worst. Most of my doctors stopped taking United as of this year.

For the work that we do and the metrics that we need to keep 3.125$ an hour its clearly a scam. If you list all of our duties, critical thinking and more. we should b at least 5$ an hour.

Something I feel undervalued is since we are located abroad (No is U.S.A) our salary rate is lower when we do the same as a U.S.A associate or Executive does. I would appreciate we can re-evaluate the hour paid time. And I am not aiming to be like U.S.A rate but better than the one we have now.
