Getting worse. Workload is increasingly exceeding bandwidth and working harder and longer is becoming the new norm

More focus; fewer projects with more focus on quality

Everybody is very friendly. They don't like making waves, so they don't usually give their true opinions on matters. Not a lot of leadership demonstrated.

Smart and insightful, but too hands on; org is paralyzed waiting on his approval and weigh-in on too many things.
