A couple are good, the rest are just phoning it in.

Most of the leadership is very "Old and Tired" they lack agility and the ability to learn.

Empathy, compassion, tranparency with employees and, especially the consumers they take advantage by targetted advertising tactics.
Very ego management which makes u sick
Move to agile, focus on coaching and development, provide 401k match, make sure your teams are well staffed

competitive compensation with room for growth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too few raises and comp reviews.
Not listened to by management; role does not match what they use to benchmark salaries so never received a raise in over 4 years.
There is no performance bonus. No matter how hard you work all you get is your base.

Move away from funding everything and give the teams the autonomy they need to do their work

Free lunch and ability to interact with people over lunch on the rare days I don't eat at my desk
People are 100% authentically themselves, and every level. We chat about what we're watching on TV, our families, vacations, etc. People want to get to know you as a person, while also valuing your opinion regarding the work we have on our plate.

Less bureaucratic and more transparent. Company is run by high ego individuals have no knowledge about the industry.
