Freezing wages for the next 3 years at a time when the company is making record profits is a little upsetting. Health insurance is expensive and the coverage is not great.

they have taken away weekend premium and lowered shift differential. swing shift schedule is not worth working without those two things. they don't care though

Promotion goes by office politics, NOT Qualifications, work experience, skills and achievements. It is all about who you know, NOT what you deserve!
