A Long career with continued progression. New challenges every few years to grow and develop. SABIC has been focused on long-term success and strategy.
The company is big, it gives you a broad overview of the industry, however the bosses are complete idiots and there are no opportunities, especially for interns, they ask for too much for what they offer, only to develop in a short time and then migrate to another company.

I would describe it as collaborative and open. I find that people are very competent and always willing to help out. Organization structure is somewhat complex and you need to be flexible and do some extra leg work in some cases as multiple decision makers may need to be involved.
