A Long career with continued progression. New challenges every few years to grow and develop. SABIC has been focused on long-term success and strategy.

The company is big, it gives you a broad overview of the industry, however the bosses are complete idiots and there are no opportunities, especially for interns, they ask for too much for what they offer, only to develop in a short time and then migrate to another company.

A fantastic place to work

if you work in a finishing plant they screwed all their long term employees last summer by red lining their pay( no raises) and put a new top out pay for newer employees that was less than the top out pay that they were shown when they hired on, they took time and half away on the regular weekend.

There is no leadership, only bosses. A leader guides and directs you to achieve objectives together, at Sabic they only expect you to meet your goals at the expense of your mental health.

Realise the people actually running their multi million dollar plant , the operators are the ones making them money , not the office personnel!!

Need to capatilize on good talent instead of driving them away There are way too many leaders who choose to not do what they know is right. MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED

Freezing wages for the next 3 years at a time when the company is making record profits is a little upsetting. Health insurance is expensive and the coverage is not great.

As an operator we dedicate the majority of our life to work. Bring back weekend pay, 10% shift bonus...PAY US FOR GIVING YOU OUR LIFE

they have taken away weekend premium and lowered shift differential. swing shift schedule is not worth working without those two things. they don't care though

we are shift workers and run very lean so if you go on vacation everyone has to pull together and cover it so you don't have to worry about cutting your vacation hours short

My team specifically is great. Always willing to help

people are allowed to get away with not doing their jobs. actually those who don't do their jobs are treated better. if you have any kind of knowledge you are seen as a threat and treated poorly. Good workers are leaving and the horrible ones are rewarded

take some interest with about the mistakes that were made with all the finishing plants some sites have larger areas to have to work than others but the pay is the same no job reviews were ever done and when management is asked all they say is we didn't know you did these task

Morale needs to improve and people need to stop working from home

The interview process was decent. I was happy to see them lower the requirements, but they did nothing for the people who already work there. So you have less qualified people hiring in hire than people who already work there. they do not take care of the good workers they already have

I like that I can work from home a day or two a week.

Give the shift workers the money their suppose to get , what this company said they were going to pay us . Aramco made record profits and we're having the highest inflation in 40 years and you CUT OUR PAY and give dat staff a raise !! It shows how much you think of the people who run your plants.

Upper management has no idea how operations really works. You need to get your upper management out on the floor to understand what they are making decisions on.

Retention of good talent - there seems to be a high turnover rate.
