Health Care Benefits are the bomb
Freezing wages for the next 3 years at a time when the company is making record profits is a little upsetting. Health insurance is expensive and the coverage is not great.

they have taken away weekend premium and lowered shift differential. swing shift schedule is not worth working without those two things. they don't care though

Need to offer market competitive package. C&B changed in the market and the package feels outdated.
Everyone shoukd be a C operator and pay should be based on how well you do your job and what you brinf to the company
