They do not take decision making lightly and make the one that is best for the company
There is no leadership, only bosses. A leader guides and directs you to achieve objectives together, at Sabic they only expect you to meet your goals at the expense of your mental health.
honesty and a little knowledge would help
Realise the people actually running their multi million dollar plant , the operators are the ones making them money , not the office personnel!!

Need to capatilize on good talent instead of driving them away There are way too many leaders who choose to not do what they know is right. MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED
Leadership needs to be held accountable and the workers voices need to be heard
Listen to the people who actually do the work. Work with employees to build a future for the site . Stop telling people to quit when they complain, maybe try listening.
Ground level experience. Senior leadership has no insight into the day to day responsibilities of the job, which means that assignments and expectations are unrealistic.
Stop the showoff, and walk the talk. Basically they need to lead not to boss.

Integrity, Ownership of their problems, Emotional Intelligence, and Transparency.
Leadership needs to get out of "the good ol boy" club and learn what diversity is. HR at mtv is a JOKE.
Stop office politics and fairly value employees achievements and merits

Retention - recognize your employees worth. Focus on a goal instead of jumping from one thing to another. Hire more people because what I hear is people leave because they are overwhelmed, and that just perpetuates the problem as other people have to take on their responsibilities too.
Review from Engineering Dept
Focus on the company goals
Constantly nagging instead of going helpful ideas.
