take some interest with about the mistakes that were made with all the finishing plants some sites have larger areas to have to work than others but the pay is the same no job reviews were ever done and when management is asked all they say is we didn't know you did these task

morale is poor because management is making decisions on stuff they know nothing about. workers are looked down upon and not listened to even though they are the ones with the experience and deal with operating day in and day out
Hire more people so that work can be spread more evenly.
Currently it's toxic. Politics, rumors, the Company need to strike a balance between Shareholders, Customers, and Employees. Currently it's Shareholders only.
You need to do a complete overhaul of shiftleads. Your employees care more about safety than they do. A complete overhaul of upper management. And stop taking benefits away from employees for example resolve, policies and procedures
