very positive. one of my best ever jobs. i get to write code without lots of bureaucracy. i get to work with my friends. i get really challenging fun projects that my boss trusts me with. (i get to break up the problems, do the architecture on it, and build it)

I think this often gets overlooked, but the fact that my insurance (PPO, I'm unaware of what the other tiers are like) seems to be comprehensive and run into no issues is a big win that is often overlooked, especially in a post pandemic world where it's tough to get appointments, one less hurdle, A+

There is no clear strategy in place. Leadership is listening to consultants instead of the customer base and the field. Onboarding new customers is not a repeatable process. To attract and keep talented people there needs to be clear goals and systems in place. Right now it is disorganized at best.
