lots of autonomy, lots of growth, i get to work with my friends :) (i got recruited by a friend, brought another in, and am making friends at work too :)
very positive. one of my best ever jobs. i get to write code without lots of bureaucracy. i get to work with my friends. i get really challenging fun projects that my boss trusts me with. (i get to break up the problems, do the architecture on it, and build it)
money? also like the remote meal allowance
working on interesting, exciting projects with my friends :)
i'v been promised a raise/promotion for a while now.....
they listen. they give me lots of autonomy to do my job
they care about us and realize we are humans and give us clear goals
people keep helping each other. and bugs are not treated as personal failings.
meal allowance ($25/day for remote meals). and really good healthcare. plus unlmited PTO.
getting to solve interesting problems. i get a lot here. and working with my friends.
being able to write good quality code i am proud of without tons of micro-management (which this place has!)
they give us autonomy to get the job done; give us clear goals, are enthusiastic, and overall nice, kind people
people listen. they offer help when asked, give kudos/credit when you help, and are available and responsive. and just, again, nice and kind people.
people listen to each other, are respectful, and we learn from each other; regardless of rank (our boss listens to us and adapts our technology recommendations)
people listen and teach each other really well. and the manager listens when we say we need something; and only pushes back if there's a really good reason
we can ask questions. I'm not afraid to ask questions like deadlines, or 'how does this work'; and we work hard to not sweep technical debt under the rug.
i get the autonomy to write the code the way i want. we are told what the structure should *generally* look like, but inside that we get *lots* of freedom
