We work to address issues. We created a Culture Team - a cross section of employees - to help identify and address issues.

Managers are good at giving shoutouts and kudos, weekly town halls give employees a chance to share interests in addition to company news. Employees will shoo each other off if they catch someone working on declared PTO... time off and "life outside of work" is very well respected.
