I think this often gets overlooked, but the fact that my insurance (PPO, I'm unaware of what the other tiers are like) seems to be comprehensive and run into no issues is a big win that is often overlooked, especially in a post pandemic world where it's tough to get appointments, one less hurdle, A+

people keep helping each other. and bugs are not treated as personal failings.

We work to address issues. We created a Culture Team - a cross section of employees - to help identify and address issues.
I feel like I can be myself at work, including how I dress, speak, think, etc. I've never felt like my questions or opinions or ideas were unwelcomed, even as a newcomer.

I had the opportunity to have a sense of my future colleagues and the culture of the company. I sensed transparency, had frank conversations, and had a sense of how my career would develop within Scuba.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no clear strategy in place. Leadership is listening to consultants instead of the customer base and the field. Onboarding new customers is not a repeatable process. To attract and keep talented people there needs to be clear goals and systems in place. Right now it is disorganized at best.
