We work to address issues. We created a Culture Team - a cross section of employees - to help identify and address issues.
I feel like I can be myself at work, including how I dress, speak, think, etc. I've never felt like my questions or opinions or ideas were unwelcomed, even as a newcomer.

There is no clear strategy in place. Leadership is listening to consultants instead of the customer base and the field. Onboarding new customers is not a repeatable process. To attract and keep talented people there needs to be clear goals and systems in place. Right now it is disorganized at best.
