I have not been here very long, but so far the work is interesting, the people are wonderful and the culture is much more relaxed than I've had previously

Better than market-rate pay for my role, reimbursement for lunches, company trips, decent parental leave

The people here are bright, kind, friendly, quirky...I just feel like I've found "my people".
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like the product and am excited to be part of the team that helps it get to its next level
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I can be myself at work, including how I dress, speak, think, etc. I've never felt like my questions or opinions or ideas were unwelcomed, even as a newcomer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am really impressed with how down to earth and open they are. I've had 1:1 get to know you meetings with the CEO, CFO and CTO, something I've never had at other companies.
