There's a lot of communication and everyone seems to be on a united front regarding company culture.

Everyone is very supportive and fosters a culture of good mentorship. When someone needs time off, everyone strives to respect it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As long as you get your work done and are present for core hours, you can take the time you need for things if you discuss with your manager. Definitely decreases stress and mental overhead!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very encouraging of positive things and is good at making gentle course corrections for things that could be improved. It feels like they really care about my development and the product development, too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers are good at giving shoutouts and kudos, weekly town halls give employees a chance to share interests in addition to company news. Employees will shoo each other off if they catch someone working on declared PTO... time off and "life outside of work" is very well respected.
