I had to get tooth surgery and was told to find my replacement. When I was unable to, I was told that my surgery wasn't a big deal and I can work the night. Since it is a minimum wage position, I should be able to feel like the store has my back in personal matters outside of work.

i would work 10-plus hours and still get minimum wage. i would feel better about my compensation if Sheetz would pay its employees like they actually care about their business and not just making and keeping money for themselves.

They need to have a better system about applying for benefits to new hires as well as not limiting dates to enter the benefits package.
