They listen to their people, they care about their people, and they put their people first!
How diverse the team is
Everything and everybody should take the position that he js good in
Compassionate people who care about their people
They ask for our feedback, work outside of their scheduled hours to help the team, always get you an answer and if they don't know it they reach out to others to find it for you.
They have all been so welcoming. I feel like they care about me as a person and have all contributed to my growth and learning.
They show up on time
They are supportive. Friendly and fun to work around.
Store managers are generally very good at trying to keep the stores afloat, however executive and corporate cut corners and withhold necessary funds to maintain proper facilities.
They listen very well to employees
On executive level and district level they seem good intentioned and try to involve the employees in making them feel important. On the store manager level not good at least in my experience. If you are not there friend they will do you dirty in several ways
They work hard and give valuable feedback. Some could be a bit more positive towards other workers. Lots of unneeded drama
My coworker and how we work so great together
They are always friendly and make sure we have all the training we need
they are hardworking and honest
great awesome lovely happy good
My managers are some of the best people I've ever met, always looking out for you.
Store mgr is great, the other managers need a little help.
Review from Sales Dept
They support us and make us feel valued
Is not afraid to jump in during AHOD ( All Hands On Deck) when we get busy to lend a helping hand.
Fire the manager and hire someone who is a real manager.
Investing in their employees so they can come to work.
Find new people , genuinely . 50-65% of leadership pawns work to their lessers and sit around and do nothing while playing favorites and protecting whoever they can
Emotional control and adequate staffing
Not lying about future opportunities and when presented with hurdles, not to cuss out their employees and threaten them.
Cohesion, teamwork, knowing boundaries and comments that shouldnt be said, acknowledging AND FIXING problems in general whether it be with the store, between employees, etc, NOT belittiling a prrson because of
Actually get leaders in the role and not people who are just told to boss others around. We need leadership! Managers who actually care about their employees!
Running the store in general. The store is a wreck.
Having a leader. You cant put followers or wannabes in leader positions.
Cultural differences. .......and being a team player
leadership needs to focus and care about mental health of the employees. this is a fast-paced and depending on location, a very stressful job but management prefers employees to not have feelings at all.
Review from Sales Dept
Honesty and favoritism are a huge issue
Review from Customer Support Dept
quit acting like children and do their jobs with minimum drama
Review from Customer Support Dept
Very fast paced work and little appreciation
Review from Product Dept
Respecting their workers and stuff
Review from Customer Support Dept
They need to be more sympathetic toward cashiers
Review from Sales Dept
Being honest with employees and following the policies that they set
Review from Sales Dept
In the store level tier of sheetz, nothing is communicated or passed down from upper management and to many things that are against the rules have been given a blind eye.
Review from Operations Dept
Caring about the employees. Bonuses are paid out quarterly, but the upper management gets the bulk of the money while the sales staff, who does the majority of the work, gets almost nothing in comparison.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Actually being nice to their employees and treating them with respect
