We are like a family - we help each other get stuff done at work, and many of us have developed personal friendships as well. The team comes together to help cover call-offs when people are sick or otherwise unable to make their shift.

My team keep it light hearted they try their best and try to tell fellow workers not to panic when the job reaches that impossible point we are far to used to. We try to keep each other safe also when things get dangerous in our store from people drinking and fighting and doing drugs in our store.

My co-workers that distanced themselves emotionally from the job were the best because it was a "either its done or not" attitude. The ones who were emotionally invested tend to either be the most aggressive or would look to belittle others.

Employees are generally incredibly apathetic and take little care of the stores. If better compensated for their work I am certain employees would care much more for the quality of their stores.
Its not their fault management doesnt train or know who to hire

My management team is a joke. An absolute joke. No one knows their job because sheetz keeps pulling people off the street to promote just because they're friends with the district manager. How about we promote people who actually know how to do the job?
Getting people who care about their work
Very stressed because of the speed to which they want you to work so people are rude.
