When I got hired 5 years ago it was straightforward and easy. (This has changed now. It takes months to get people onboarded be cautious)

We work as a team. The store level we are all highly trained and our personalities are all unique. But our training came from our own drive not from their Omni Channel roll out on training.

The positivity comes from our four walls. The culture outside our four walls is toxic and negative. The miscommunication is just the tip of the iceberg. If working for this company do yourself a favor and do not pay attention to anything but your four walls.

communicating all initiatives in full before implementing the plan. As well as vetting your District Managers more than you do. District managers like to complain about time away from family many of my front line co workers with families miss almost all the important events. Not a place for family

Communication. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing at any given time. They claim they work off a pillar of straight talk but can not straight talk with their peons on the front line. The executives seem so disconnected from stores and no amount of PR will fix that.

If they stopped telling me that they cannot fix the problem an old District Manager made when I was put to full time. I never recieved full time pay raise but have worked 5 years for the company. I stay because I love the customers and the store manager. I would leave if they sent me anywhere else.
